CyLH2 Valley Newsletter #1
Introducing the Castilla y Leon Hydrogen Valley, its presentation video, communication kit and first events. Our first newsletter is out!
Building the foundations for regional hydrogen deployment
A wide range of infrastructures will be developed, including a 10 MW PEM electrolyzer powered by an 18.75 MWp solar PV plant, a control building, multiple hydrogen storage systems with fiberglass tanks and buffer units, compression stations with built-in redundancy, and a dispatch area. The hydrogen – up to 1,600 tonnes/year – will be used for industrial processes, vehicle refuelling, and injection into the gas grid, marking a key step toward large-scale, regional hydrogen deployment.
